My client has a pending registration for NUBIAH for Comic books in IC16, Apparel in IC 25 and Film and film production services in IC 41. His mark has been rejected under Section 2(d), liklihood of confusion with U.S. Registration No. 5066581 for NUBIA, for Jewelry in IC 14. My client's rejection is only for IC25 based upon similarity of the marks and their channels of trade. My client seeks a letter of consent to register his NUBIAH mark in IC 25 for Apparel. Chair has control box on side that also controls heat and massage which are working. Chair is listed ,on attached tag, model # 2. License number is 35006. What do you suggest? Otherwise, the chair is in very good condition. Thank you. Denise Davis

I bought a Motorola Mobile Phone, XT-1944-1, last August in Argos in Dublin, Ireland. I brought it back to Argos this morning and they told me I had to get in touch with Motorola myself. The phone number they gave me : 03339-997-550. I tried this number but it did not connect. If you cannot help please give me a Ref. No. so that I can then return to Argos with it and hopefully tthey will then do something to help. Kind regards Helen Kennedy

How come so many 'Mark Name' showing the same logo?

Hello, If for example i search for "maps" on the main page, I see many MAPS logos that look the same for different companies. Many of them marked as 'Live Mark'. How can that be? I thought that each must be unique. Thank You.
