I've been trying to submit a trademark application for more than a year and I cannot get any help. I try to upload an image of my logo and your form does not tell which type of files you do accept. It only says my .pdf file is NOT accepted whenever I try to upload it. WHAT? How common is a .pdf?! I want to trademark "blank American". There is only one potential that I see and it is "BLANK American Spirit". It is for specifically the vodka/alcohol category and I am looking at apparel. Of course I don't mean actually "blank" in the trademark. I have an actual term. I would be willing to discuss in greater detail.

Why there many trademark almost same with same logo and also same classification of nice? can be possible? for example If I check the trademark "fly" , show thousand various logo very similar. how can be possible? And another question, if I want to register a trademark in EU classification 28 for example that is available , but there is only one country of EU that has similar trademark and also 28 classification? what happened if I register?
