Has anyone ever used any of these cases in an office action response?  It is allowable?

Well, they won't fine you or anything, the worst that happens is the examiner ignores the case.

I have cited non-citable cases, flagging them as such but pointing them out as an indication of what the TTAB has done with similar facts, etc.

Not to be snarky, but the examiners ignore the precedential cases.  What is the point in citing non-precedential?

I have actually heard that too.  In that you really just supply the examiner with as much evidence as you can.

Can anyone comment on whether it is worth it or not to file in Japan, China, Korea etc, from the enforcement and cost perspective?  I have heard that it is very difficult to enforce registered marks in some of the countries over there.

Do you know if you can track a TM app and have the USPTO email me or notify me somehow when the app is published ro opposition?  I really dont want to have to return to the site over and over again or have to read the Gazzete

What other service would you like to see in a trademark docketing and monitoring service aside from:

  • Docketing engine with 4 reminders for every action at the USPTO
  • Similar trademark application and registration review
  • Similar domain name review
  • Search engine textual advertising review
  • TTAB item docketing

Should we add Ebay review for consumer products? Should we add another search that ...

If I wanted to find out how many TM a person had worldwide, where can I find that information?  For free.

I see the US has the USPTO database and the Madrid protocol has a database.    But what about countries that do not belong?  Do they have their own?
