Someone recently developed a logo for my travel agency. I have since seen another travel company's logo that has a very similar sketched circle around their name and image. I am concerned that even though I have a different image and name, the similarity of the circle portion of the image could be a problem. Is there anyway I could put them side by side and someone tell me if it is a potential issue?

We have 2 products with the same name, but one is a Jr version. Do we need to trademark the large and Jr separately, or, can we trademark the name of the product without including the large and Jr versions in the trademark?
